Modeling, texture, vfx and lighting

DESCRIPTION

This environment was made as part of the final project of the technique in 3D animation and image synthesis of Bois-de-Boulogne college. It's based on a concept by artist Klaus Pillon named The Dran and Courtier Inn https://www.artstation.com/artwork/oOB3xz. Each element was modeled in Maya and some elements, such as the pieces of wood, were modeled in high resolution in ZBrush. The trees, on the other hand, were made in SpeedTree. The majority of the textures were done in Substance Painter and the rendering was done in real time in Unreal Engine. Some textures, such as window textures, were created directly in Unreal.
